Contract history
This section displays the full chronology of the employee’s contract type changes — for example, transitioning from a contractor to a freelancer, or vice versa. Each contract is listed as a separate entry with a start date. The end date is automatically set when a new record is added.
This approach helps preserve an accurate history of changes and ensures data consistency across related system modules, including:
• the work calendar (which may differ depending on the contract type)
• payroll (calculations, schedules, document formats, etc.)
• reporting
This section enables clear tracking of the employee’s legal engagement status over time.
